Hello and welcome to my blog! I created this blog to share my ideas and tips on how to live the healthiest and happiest life you can. Each post will contain a variety of nutrition, exercise, and health topics that I find useful or important. I will also answer any questions you all have about any of my posts.
You may be wondering, “How did this internet blogger become an authority on health?” Well, let me give you a little bit of background on myself.
I just graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, on the pre-medical track. Besides taking every science course my school offered, I spent so much of my free time reading and watching all things health related.
Although I am not a physician (not yet!), I will post my opinions about things but rest assure, all my opinions are based on scientific studies and facts. I will make it a point to supply you all with my sources so that you can read further into each topic if you care to.
Finally, I’d like re-state that I am NOT a physician, and that when incorporating changes in nutrition, exercise, etc. it is very important to consult with your physician as each person is different. I can only speak for what works positively for myself and what is found in scientific literature.
